SLR微机控制(正/逆)检品复卷机是我厂结合软包装市场需求而自行研制开发的一种新型、实用、高速的检品复卷机,本机主要适用于软包装行业中印刷后的产品图案检测和复卷,是为了解决在印刷过程中出现的不合格产品流入后道工序，为下道工序的复合节约成本提供良好条件，它通过复卷的方式，利用光电自动跟踪频闪，使高速运转的印刷产品达到相对静止图案效果之功能，在正、反转的功能切换中，很方便地检测不合格的产品，检测图案即快速又实用。
1、整机由可编程控制器集中控制，并采用触摸屏人机界面对整机进行集中操作。
2、收、放卷由可编程控制器自动计算卷径实现自动张力控装置。
3、检测采用光电自动跟踪图案，自动同步频闪。
4、目测到缺陷点可通过记忆按钮自动停机、按返回按钮可倒回至缺陷点。5、自动计米，线速度显示功能。
6、放卷部采用光电跟踪自动纠偏、到位停机装置。
7、系统具有完善的机、电、气体化设计，并采取完备的安全保护措施。
